Being a growing firm in the field of fund solutions, the work environment provided wide opportunities to enhance the domain experience and contribute to the firm's expectations in a resourceful manner. The management is supportive and reachable to even the junior staff members in the hierarchy and any concerns/ issues are heard and resolved to the best possible manner at the earliest.

Dislikes

None to point out... There are always some individual concerns here and there while working in a team, but nothing is unresolvable if spoken and discussed amongst the team openly.

The leadership team is very transparent and approachable right from entry level. Firms growth in 2022 has established its presence over 19 global locations with multiple new offices across India adding up to the promising headcount increase each month. Exposure to working with all the teams across the globe catering to various typesof fund structures and products especially in crypto and hedge funds is a big plus when it comes to learning aspects. Work timings are good and flexible. Amenities in office is good and frequent occasions for celebrations as well. Perks compared to the industry are more flexible and employee beneficial which is a plus. - Poor Management skills from Top Level - No Knowledge Transfer, No application training, No proper structure and inspite of all these you will be allocated 3-4funds at the time of joining day 1 itself and expected to complete without any issues. irrespective of being a fresher or an experienced folk. - High Attrition - New joiners can smell the toxic work culture in few days and decide to either abscond or drop papers within the probation period. - High Stress Level - Naturally when you are expected to troubleshoot an issues without any proper guidance within a stipulated time. you get stressed unnecessarily. - Automation - In the name of automation, still 75% of taks is performed manually in excel. - No decicated cafeteria, conference room, meeting room, rest area etc... everything is shared. - Myth - Many would join a startup with an expectation for better growth opportunities and self enhancement but here tho it's quite opposite. You will regret for sure!!! And the list goes on.....
