People are good at Arya. It's like a family. On time salary and benefits. Salary also good at par with industry. Job security. No innovative and no new skill improvements that's the problem otherwise good.

No training for branch level employees. No innovative methods and no improvement in skills. Your work will be same throughout the period at this company. No major change.

I am handling here SCM operations of two business segments.SMR and MDA. Sometimes I feel pressured because I am single handling of 3 branches. Not too bad and also not too good. But on-time salary and job security. Very less scope for learning new things.
