Artasia is a great place for new jobseeker.it is a fast growing company.we can learn lot of things in artasia .companies wroking culture is amazing . We can make our great future in this company. In future,this company will be the greatest job seaker for new comers. I'm totally 100% satisfied in this company.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about artasia . everything is fine but if artasia can focus on management than it can be so helpful for company. I think if they will focus on management, quality and technical worker in company than they can beat every company in future .

Work Details

My work in artasia is so much challenging as i have to look day to day activities of worker . In future if i get a chance to work as a quality inspection and management than i can improve efficiency of production and can manage workers'activities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
