I was promised a team when I was hired as the senior sales manager. After I joined, it was entirely the opposite. I had to use one form of transportation to do cold calling, field work, and marketing (no fuel money reimbursed). They demand sales with no outlay of funds. Their offering, a business analyst course, is useless to applicants. They won't gain any knowledge from it. More effective than their course are free videos. Only three students who are working or friends have taken this course in the past year. Work ethics, knowledge, and communication abilities are non-existent in this company. This includes the so-called HR and Account teams, who have no idea how to communicate with the staff. Don't trust on Google reviews, those reviews are from their kith and kin. While waiting for the FnF, they remember to deduct all sorts of PF, GF, and AF so as to give the minimum amount. Mine almost 35k was deducted. They stop listening after you leave the company.
