Company lacks ethical people. Hardly few are supportive & provide guidance. Messed up with job responsibilities. People are just passing ball to another. Purchase planning & store team is not at all supportive...& Lacking in ethical work communication. higher management team just in search of scape goat to push responsibilities. Works just on SOPs not on need of an hour's Thereby lacking cooperation between teams Need revamp of people. HR is also not up to the mark. Company do not replicate MNC structure.
