They are paying salaries on time. The company had wonderful medical insurance. Company gives wonderful family, accommodation and transportation allowances.

Dislikes

The company is full with racism. They are devided in two main parties and they didn't accept any new employees out of them. The top management is full with un professional people which increased the company loss and number of resignation. Company didn't have any system for increasing salaries or upgrading positions. They gave alot of promises but nothing is implemented.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are support ice and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Of course all this comes with results.

There is a lot of politics.salary is decent but increment not done on time.

AMNS acquired so many plants in India, old culture still following by employees. AMNS need to apply new culture in all plants.

Training and development is excellent. Excellent and ethical work culture I have ever seen.

AMNS management works well with the productions and operations But they were hastate to adopt newer and advance technology. I think need to change this mindset.

Worst management of NAMTECH- Egomaniac Directors, Feeble leadership, total inhuman. It is an noble initiative and people who just want to fillup their pockets and use their positions toil with the juniors and just to satisfy ego they play with people's carreer. You can check apart from few people, their senior Management and so called leaders change everytime.
