Contracts Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Vendor management - Vendor identifications and Prequalification activities

2. Preparation of Tender document / RFP, Market Rate Analysis of the items

3. Coordination with other team for timely response on the queries / clarity in the tender and RFI raised by vendors and contractors.

4. Techno commercial negotiations with vendors and contractors.

5. Scrutiny and Analyzing of the Claims during Execution recommended by Site team

6. Hands on experience in SAP for Vendor management and Workorder formalities

Education & Qualification:-

• Graduation in Civil Eng. NICMAR, Pune (Construction management) is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP (MM Module)
• Go-getter and Proactive with Strong analytical and communication skills
• Aspects of vendor management and their prequalifications
• Tender preparation for all discipline of project
•  Construction contract knowledge
• Market rate analysis
• Negotiations, ERP - SAP (MM module)
