Dear sir, I would like to inform you that this is the worst organization I have ever seen in my 15 years working career. We are all known that the "Steel King" Mr Lakshmi Mittal is a great Indian man and his family also. The city of Calcutta is a nostalgic memories in his life also. But we stunt when a good running plant i.e. AMNS sankrail work shop, P. O. - chaturvuj kati, Howrah(28km from Calcutta)was shut off and all the plant and machines setups were dismental/ sold/transfer by the new AMNS mannagment. Historically AMNS was takeover ESSAR Steel through NCLT process now it's shows that it's a bad deals for Indians. There were 600 Indian worker staff's families are directly affected due to all of a sudden shut off the plant by the new mannagment. We shown that there was no humanity and sympathies from AMNS mannagment end even they're not consider any circumstances. But the take over of Bhushan steel by the TATA Steel was a good deal compare to Essar AMNS deal, for Indians no one person had jobless after tata steel take over bhushan steel through NCLT. We're shocked after realised of the worst policy,worst culture, worst humanity at AMNS. We're not expected such type of things from such a big organization.
