Lot of Training and Questionnaire sessions will be conducted by which we can refresh and gain knowledge. Pay will be on time without any delay. Work Culture is good. Very Professional.

Experience is not their concern, is to fill the seats with who accepts for lesser pay, which all businesses look for now a days = (Cheap Labour). Arcadis does that well, hence pay wont be as competitive as per the current market. Promises wont be kept in terms of increment and promotion. If not you there are so many out there type of attitude. Bose's are human also so they will only think of their own self and family so to get quicker promotions and increments and benefits those under them have to suffer with discrimination. There is nothing which you would like in arcadis except working hours and if you are in head office then it's location. Other than everything is worst and no future for your carrier.

First of all very poor and bad Management in arcadis leading to failure with respect to job satisfaction. Harrasement at workplace related to your target, there is no any such type of appreciation even if you do your best. They could transfer you at anytime at anywhere without considering your physical and mental challenge. And alsothey provide you very poor compensation for your profile in the industry. Very bad politics in office. And no carrier growth. And very soon Arcadis have to shut down his business in upcoming years as if it's running like this....Read More

They give generalized titles to all employees so that one cant compare with the actual role pay scale while negotiation!!!!! No meaningful work. Tons of politics. Zero appreciation for difficult tasks done in limited amount of time. Appraisals are measly while giving excuses of budget constraints but the management gets their promotions. Arcadis is a very fast changing work environment. Adapts to new practices very fast.

Not a good company for engineers as mostly CAD jobs are done here. One will be expected to work on any domain irrespective of their domain and experties. If an employee has a problem, then he / she may stuck in a circle. Everyone tells you to discuss your problem with your line manager and line manager has no powers. Bunch of dictators enjoy thier powers over their subordinates. Extreme favouritism here specially for ATKINS people. They have diversity and inclusion policy in place, yet employees are still working with colonial mindset. Lead regions discriminates people against their origin. You may be fired from the organisation if somebody in power doesn't like you. Limited opportunities to grow. Very less increment in the year end. Unreasonable demands of management.
