Mostly the company's environment is great, you can lot of learning & upgrade yourself. Company management focusing on work & personal life balance. Holiday policies are very comfortable to balance our personal life. Company Management always thinks & asked employees about their growth. Runs many program which help employees to acquire new skill or certificate. I am very satisfied with company policies....Read More

Dislikes

Actually I am sure it's right or wrong, Management always tell to take ownership they guide you but at extinct level, only you have to work like your role then they admired with that. That's awkward movement when you need to take ownership or decision behalf of company.

Work Details

Lots of learning I gain, everyday is challenging as HR - Admin but everyone is supporting mostly.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
