Likes

Great team. Energetic and enthusiastic. The overall company culture is open and receptive. Opportunities for growth and learning are available aplenty. Learning across industry domains and across competencies are encouraged and supported.

Dislikes

Work can get pretty taxing. Learning curve is fairly steep. Success requires more than just effort. One needs to work smart, be blessed with a pinch of luck and be creative to be truly successful.

People are Aranca's biggest asset. The company has got some real good managers, who take keen interest in their people's growth and development. They provide learning opportunities in all projects.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
