- Design Team is great and will get to work on designs from scratch... New things to learn. - I learned Photoshop in detail over here.

- You are been watched all the time..what you did, for how many mins u took a break everything. - You can't be late, otherwise the HR will create drama. And by late I mean you can't be late for even 5 mins. - Boss will treat you like slave rather than like a team. - If you are non kannada, the other department colleagues will comment on you in Kannada all the time. -The office timing is 8:00 to 5:00.....you can't leave office before that not even 5 mins before...and even if you leave by 5:05, they will come next day and tell you to leave by 5:15. - They even fire people whenever they want without providing them with a notice time period. - They have huge notice period of 3 months. - You get your salary by 10th of next month. But this is just they told you, maximum number of times you will get the salary between 15th to 20th of next month and sometimes even later. - Plus you have to go and ask accounts or HR person about the salary date and they would be like throwing attitude and rudeness as if we are asking their kidneys. - You will have to beg for your salary. - There are no employee benefits, you won't be getting PF also....Read More

without experience they gave opportunity. colleague are Nice if you behave nice they will be very nice, if you show attitude they will also behave same way so it is like given take policy give respect and take respect . work life is nice if you come at sharp 8.00 or before and finish your work then go by 5.00 nobody will ask you. last come and first go this policy would not works here. You need to respect timings whether it comes to point of entry timing or working hours . if you looking for time pass company then it not place , if you really wants to grow then join here , in very short period you will earn senior level knowledge ....Read More

And you can get fired any day, even on the first day of your joining. You are not an employee here but a labourer. The boss has serious anger issues and is 100% bipolar.
