If i discuss about company profile.its not a professional company.

The work pressure is very high.sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Compensation is decent but growth is very slow.also there is no on- job training for fresher ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by-step which is a pain sometimes.and time of salary is not decide by the company.and give the every month salary 15-20 days late.and its not a professional company its only time pass company and having no rules and regulation.and behavior of staff is very bed....Read More
