Recently i got offered and i have been working for a week in Appsuccessor now. I had to go through 5-6 rounds of interview process which can be long but HR kept me informed. The last technical round of tasks is a bit difficult for a fresher but you have to keep presence of mind and give efforts to think out of box. They give topics to study before so that you know what kind of tasks and work will be there. And they assign mentor to help also. The last HR round and 1 with director was easy and general discussion of salary etc. The work is interesting but also challenging as they work both on Java & Python and i only know Java but learning Python as well. The best part of working in startup is that they give you work from day 1 and there is lot to learn. Working from home now so not sure about company culture but the team members & my team lead is very helpful....Read More

I was fresher, After clearing 4 rounds they give me 3 day/3days and it was very frustrating because they want to be perfect in java and python both. Python task are easy but java task little bit difficult for me as fresher so i wasn't able to complete my 3rd task and hr didn't gave extra time said "we have other candidate too who has already completed his task". 1) Took 1 month and result is nothing. 2 They should improve their recruitment process 3) tasks are not specified and they never explain task properly at first time so you just have to ask everytime what they want in that task

This company is doing a scam in name of interview process. They will shortlist few good students and then will take easy rounds in starting and then will give them tasks as pre trial task and make you work like hell. Without offering the letter they will make you do lot of things in name of interview till the point you say no. It's a big SCAM!!! Then they won't even let you know about the result. Their sole purpose of hiring is to get people who can work for them for free. I think this company should be banned from all the hiring websites. Fraud Company. They will assign you 3 tasks which need to get completed and will never hire you. The reason they told me was that they didn't have position for the role now in the company.

Fraud company. They exploit freshers on the name of interview process. If they assign you task in the name of interview straightaway tell them NO.
