Not an ideal work culture for any sort of employee (experienced as well as fresher) as there is a lot of politics, seniors won't stick to their words, tasks are not assigned they are imposed onto you ( whether you are capable of doing that task or not) and the management doesn't care about that, even they won't address the situationin which you are working. For example: you gave a timeline for a task let say 5 days so they will never accept it they want you to finish this task in 2-3 days and even if you try to push your limits to make the things work then during that timeline only they'll assign some other task and then they will expect that both the tasks should be completed and if anything goes wrong (which will eventually happen) then be prepared for the lectures given by the officials on "accountability" , "responsibility" and some other "elegant" synonyms of these words. All the ex employees and current employees had faced the situation ( current employees still facing this situation) in which they started hating there profession due this sort of behavior. So those who are looking for an opportunity in this company think thrice because here people will intentionally create situations where there is a 99% chance of mistakes and work breakage and once the obvious negative outcome of the situation comes then they'll scold you for their wrong decision making.
