Since it was founded by 5 friends and I was one among them, we had good Learning, there was a good work environment we used to discuss things daily what we had gone through, we used to discuss about possible changes according to customer feedback etc.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

We had to struggle a lot during the initial days we was getting a good response for thus startup but soon after COVID and lockdown the buisness started to loose it momentum we had to work hard again to keep it going.

It was good work life balance

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
