Nothing to like feeling very disappointed work experience of whole professional career, contributed and worked proactively for the company to achieve all regulatory approvals and production but company is not interested even to pay salary and full and final settlement to their employees who left due to such financial problems of company and mismanagement even before 2 years.

Dislikes

The company does not think about employees at all, They doesn't even comply Indian labour law, EPF not credited even after deduction from salary, salary is not credited timely and without prior notifications, the arrears and full and final settlement also not paid for employees relived from company before 2 years, They are not answering and calls and mails. May bhagwan swaminarayan give them wisdom to atleast think about employees who have worked for them in overtime and without timely salary payout to achieve all the regulatory approvals and production....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
