Fake commitment on interview time, daily vist 5-6 , but after joining daily vist compulsary 20 to 30 visits asking reporting manager, sales pressure From the date of joining, No breathing time for understand the business, always pressure, hire and fire.

As a position of bde need to be some what professional.. But here worst. In field sales u have to randomly visit the local company ( cold visit) how can people enter a company or office without prior knowledge. That too without id card, visiting card. Company has to give some warm leads number For cold calling. All numbers given by company are worst. While field sales where do bde will eat for lunch in road? Where he will use toilets in road? Provide some small office. First of all apna doesn't give relevant candidate to employer. People who use first then they are frustrated won't use again. U will struggle to sales also a lot negative reviews for apna service. Whether u have appointment with customer or not u have to leave the home 9.30 and roam somewhere randomly to get sales by cold visit but need some place right to do cold calling.. Where do bde will sit and cold call. In roads background noise will be heavy customer won't even understand what we talking. I feel sad for investors who invested in this company. Everything else. The leadership had know knowledge of Product market fit. This translated to lack of clarity in the roles of the people. Every 3-4 weeks there was a major decision which changed the priorities and the org structure. While Apna has raised series C and are loaded with money in the bank, I felt like the company is at a seed stage! systems and processes were non existent! Offer good salary package with high value medical insurance. Working style good and HR policy is very strong as compared to other companies.

PIP is most common for everyone, every 15 days you will get PIP from HR side and no job security. As Manager got PIP in 4 month as he joined in May 2024. Fired from company

WHEN THEY WANT TO SELL THEIR PACKAGE OR PLAN THEY WERE CONTINUSELY CALLING US . AND ONCE WE PURCHASED THEIR PLAN OF RS 1415 , THEY BLOCKED OR SUSPEND OUR ACCOUNT , AND WHEN WE ASK FOR REFUND THEY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 14 BUSINESS DAYS . AND THEIR ANSWER WAS NOT SO SATISFACTORY
