Terrible middle managers. Toxic Environment. Everyone is trying to chase their own KPIs at the expense of others. They want to be like Netflix but they are ending up being like Microsoft before Nadella. There is no sense of collaboration. Pay is at par or below market standard, but they make you feel like they're doing a favour by employing you and paying you salary. No overtime. Salary is deducted if you take a day or two off because of burn-out because of extended hours but never compensated for working way beyond regular hours. The senior management come with their legacy thoughts and superiority complex, entitlement. They can't be wrong, nor can they take any feedback. The entire senior management is aware of this behaviour specially by a few folks who think that they're doing a favour by working here. The appreciation hardly exists. There have been few of my colleagues who have had mental health issues because of saturation, lack of appreciation, non-existent work-life balance, non-sustainable way of running a company. LinkedIn and social media would show a different story. It's all for a show. I remember the HR asking us to post photos on social media and tag them for gifts sent during festivals and company milestones. A lot more employees would have posted if the HR hadn't been a pain and regularly following up to post on LinkedIn. Adding to this, a few posts on LinkedIn exposing the culture and treatment at LinkedIn were taken down by bulk reporting or just not addressed. I have seen a few instances when resignations weren't taken seriously, the FnF took forever, documentation around resignations were delayed on purpose. During my time here, I have seen multiple initial members leave the company with a bad taste. Join only if you want to elevate your CV by adding a poster boy to it.
