I don’t like anything because I discussed my problem with HR and another heads, but no one give you a solution. He favour your managers and sales head.

Work environment, very pathetic and pressure very high and I am not balance my personal and professional life. Manager any time, call me and he shouting. He don’t care you are with your family and friends if you want to lose your respect, so please join otherwise you can’t join the they don’t have a timing. You start your day, 9 AM end day and don’t have a time you work till 8 PM. 9 PM. After that manager call you 10 PM, 12 PM. If you can’t pick the call, he shouting on next day and same day.
