1. Now even clear on who does what, zero top down visibility on the long term future of employee 2. Lots of micromanagement and politics, everyone is plotting against each other and ultimately everyone is poaching for the analyst 3. Senior leaders are all talk and no work, possibly the company should consider reducing the number of idea givers as there are inputs to everything you do. PIP is most common for everyone, every 15 days you will get PIP from HR side and no job security. As Manager got PIP in 4 month as he joined in May 2024. Fired from company
