Poor management, specially Mr Swarup Ghosh, he is rude he has no culture, no planning, he is not even able to go to market single day to understand the, just try to thread all over the day, totally dislike, if he is sustaining here for just money then company will not grow

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
