The company has very challenging work which keeps the employees on their toes. Handling regular challenges in this work helped me a lot in handling the touch situations I have come across both professionally and personally. The entire team is friendly including the senior management and helps a lot in solving the problems related to the workplace as well as work.

Dislikes

The most disliked aspect is taking seniority as a benchmark rather than skill and work contribution while considering hikes or promotions.

Work Details

I worked as a team lead and used to handle a set of 4-5 projects at any point in time which involved about 50 employees. I guide them on their queries along with addressing their quality issues in the work.
