The company is open to own growth not for the employees growth and I would like to say senior are not supportive and non value of the employees in this organization.

Dislikes

No appraisal and no promotion Just do the work like as gadha.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the lesioning with government authority. This is very hectic and difficult for me for closing the inspection and other work which is related to the authority but I stay my toes.
