To much people pleasing culture. Middle management gets often grinded in between senior management and the gen Z crowd. Secondly, they should work on their salary structure. Would be great if they start offering competitive salary. Aon often faces high attrition because of low salary amongst it's peer companies

1- This organisation gives more focus on Learning and development of their colleagues. 2 -Compensation is also good as compared to other organizations and have a good work life balance. 3 - No issues for leaves or work from home, very flexible with shift timings and is fantastic organization for girls/women. 4 - Very good in terms of Team outing.

1 - Job Security is a big issue because you never know by when your business/Process would be sold out. 2 - Growth - Since there are no new transitions and processes are not growing , there are very less opportunities for growth. 3 - No-Poching - Almost with all the companies, it has no-poch, so you might not get job at some other organization because all of them are their client. They view everything from HR/people issues perspective and even their training programs are based upon cases from people issues. They only end up causing people issues with their super worst HRs among companies across.

Dislikes

HRs look like running this company and even operations are being managed by HR. Leaders seek solution on almost all issues from HR and then they convert everything into an HR issue to through to HR to deal with who are absolutely inhumane.
