Company culture is great and work-life balance is equivalent to a govt employee's (depending on the team). Job stability is very high and there no almost negligible chances of getting laid off. I was part of Investment Consulting team and we supported the retirement industry. The industry is slow growing in nature hence the job stability but at the same time, there are very few growth opportunities. A lot of employees at Senior Associate/Consultant have been here for a long period and are in their comfort zones and settled here. Hence meager room for promotions for other employees. No bonus or variable pay which is disappointing. They usually provide a joining bonus with a bond of 2 years which is high and have to pay in full if leaving before 2 years. It was WFH but were later called to the office under hybrid. The amusing part was Manager was justifying WFO by saying it would lead to team bonding,etc and was sitting in the Gurugram office while the team was in the Bangalore office. The Company's Finance/FP&A team is so much into cost-cutting that they tried to reduce benefits like R&R, employee 3 year gift, canceling free snacks in cafe, etc. In performance goals, they add some unachievable or irrelevant goals like giving presentations, idea improvement, etc which are sometimes difficult for a fresher....Read More

To much people pleasing culture. Middle management gets often grinded in between senior management and the gen Z crowd. Secondly, they should work on their salary structure. Would be great if they start offering competitive salary. Aon often faces high attrition because of low salary amongst it's peer companies

Foreign managers are good to work with, some colleagues got opportunities to work abroad. But need to do lot of buttering.
In finance team they prefer only CAs to join. Some Indian managers are very difficult to work with . Hikes are very low. Cab facility is very bad.

1.Hybrid is offered but one has to work from office during each month deadline Which is effective 6-8 days wfh out of 22 days 2.Manager is an ego maniac , hides critical information and practices partiality in team. Highly discriminates against woman employee. 3. Work profile is not clearly defined .one has to work as per mood of manager .He also makes you waste time on unproductive work which he never reviews ( just to keep disliked employee engaged and kill their time ) 4.All leadership level information is not clearly distributed and participation in higher level meeting is discouraged for team ( as manager wants control on everything) 5.No comp off for weekend work or extra work ( You can't even take half a day during relax period without giving leave id) 6.Insane micromanagement( Manager asked me to be available 24*7).Tracks you when u go offline, hovers over you during coffee breaks in office , checks who and how much time you interact with other people on the floor 7.No gratitude for extra efforts put in work ( neither in words nor in compensation)....Read More
