Work life balance is pretty good. Although this is the first organization that I have been working with, but even being a part of live process, I find that there’s a good balance in work and life.

Dislikes

When I was hired, compensation was pretty low. Hence, I still have a low package even with good appraisals. Ever since Blackstone took over, they have started the culture of mid year increments even in CE (Customer Experience) and am hoping this will make many of the deserving employees to be at par.

Work Details

When it comes to live process, you get to know that your mood will depend on how satisfied every customer was with the service. It’s mostly good, but worst part comes when you cannot get something approved because of your limited access/authorizations.

It was an amazing experience working with Aon in terms of opportunity and growth. Salary hike was also a cording to the performance. Development Training for employees were there.worklife balance was there.

There was cross training project came in the recent years which was a little disappointing.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
