So if I have to sum it up Aus ops is way better that Nz ops here in Nz ops there is micro management along with zero career growth salary being a TL or PL goes max till 5-6 L pa allowance also sucks here u get ₹100 paid for per day for doing an afternoon shift in terms of growth as well it's to much of politics they roll out positions for name sake when they have already decided the person it's like wasting other's time....Read More
