Food & cab facility are good. Work balance & time schedule is good. There is no OT need to be done. Shift timing is on track. Timely salary & job security. Employees are friendly in nature and always helful.

The department i'm on doesn't have that much opportunity to grow my skill or earn extra money apart from my salary :)

The management. Less salary budget. Currently no HR since 3 months. The double deductions scheme even if you take one planned leave. Everything depends on the mood of the management. Family owned business. Nepotism. Probation can be delayed against what’s written on offer letter. If the probation delayed, means you cannot take leaveeven if you’re dying.
