Friendly nature. No comparison between employee & Management. Open for help from every department. Food & cab facility are well maintain by the Admin. Floor/Sales manager always open for Ideas and help in all issue. Owners are friendly and understand each & every employee situation & requirement. Have lots of opportunity in earning GP. Salary on time.

Dislikes are common which happens in everywhere. Appraisal not in time. Also a bit lacking in HRM portal, so we can apply for leaves, salary calculation & Break timing.

The management. Less salary budget. Currently no HR since 3 months. The double deductions scheme even if you take one planned leave. Everything depends on the mood of the management. Family owned business. Nepotism. Probation can be delayed against what’s written on offer letter. If the probation delayed, means you cannot take leaveeven if you’re dying. The company is run by family jewels who dont even know ABC of management. All decisions are half-baked. They are more consideratw towards sales team and rest of the teams are treated as a burden.
