I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. If you show your honesty sincerity at work they will give you lot of other work as well without raising your salary. There is no proper increment policy unless you beg for rise they dont care Working days are monday to saturday which is tiring and even saturdays are full day
