Dislikes

There are toxic managers like Menal Udipi who are torturing employees to resign. She doesn't even allow to take you leave even if you are about to die. She has made the company working like a school. No reason why people are leaving this company. People don't leave company they leave due to bad managers.

Likes

Teammates were co-operative, helping nature. There were regular trainings related to SOPs. Career growth was bit slow and steady. Appraisal was overall good compared to other CRO. Opportunities were given to perform new studies and activities. Work-life balance was not upto mark. For career growth and appraisal, politics plays certain role to some extent.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
