I have joined as a trainee scientist(discovery chemistry),

*Even in holidays like weekends and festive holidays they used to make employees forcefully come and work. *Actual company timing is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. but it's never happen, it's usually 8:00am to 7:00pm or 7:30pm late evening10 to 12 hours) for R&D, (don't no about process R&D). *Canteen food is not good. *Lot of politics during appraisals.
