You will learn good coding ethics. If you are interested in learning management skills, this is a only place where tenure people trained in this subject. HR's are more helping. Leadership work with vision and also motivate people to learn as much as possible.

Cost cutting in salary incentives. Manager and HR sucks...No coordination.. wfh all internet headset expenses doing ourselves they are not paying anything. If any one ask for salary expenses money they simply says we will fire you... Lots of politics with USA client torture which is the different thing...
