Working with the team and helping each other when we have lot of pressure

Dislikes

No growth and no increment i.e. here giving 14,000 Rupees to someone even after doing half day of work and giving someone 12,000 Rupees even after doing overloaded and whole hours work. Here hardwork and speed doesn't matter only talking more does matter.

Working management is not proper,local people issues,land not clear for working,

i am worked at my daily scheduling basis,but sometimes management decisions is not given,thats why my work schedule is delay.and my working passion is hard working.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
