While i resigned they have taken 2 lakhs Rs for issuing a relieving letter. Vikas Pilania and Abhilasha are big liar and cheater. They want to snatch money by hook and crook, so please say no to these peoples

I have joined in HR team and want to tell everyone that they are just a middleman between clients and employees, they dont have their own offices, rent is aslo paid by client. They always make plans to extort money from their employees. HR Head visit office once in a month but force every individual to come on daiy basis.

Dislikes

Please dont join Anemoi wait for good company to join else you will make your life in trouble. Always harass employees either by deducting salaries or by asking money while they resign. I have seen during my tennure they harass so many people and ask money for relieving letter. God will never forgive Vikas Pilania and Abhilasha HR for their wrongdoings with employees.

Management is not good. HR is worst in the organisation and they create the rule as per their benefits. Rules changes without any notification. Till you are in system they treat you well once you put down they may take you to the court. Even not treating employees in well manners
