Typical Call Centre just Rush calling calling and calling the worst part is no Saturday leaves and for leave approval inform first of TL or Manager thinks it's important than only you can take the leave or else

Chandivali Symphony IT Park's Athena BPO branch is the worst. The management, including the manager and TL, are TOXIC un supportive,liars and have a cheap mindset. The company has cheap bosses.

No incentives no increment, HR only focus on hiring they will tell u all lies during hiring process during my time they said u will get increment of 2000 after 1 year but they only incremented 1500 and also said u will get incentives never received incentives. Timing is major issue i u r girl or boy they will make to extend 1 or more than 1 hr apart from 9 hr of woring without any overtime. No holidays no leave. Promotion without increment....Read More
