Starting from company culture to job security to less salary, every thing is worst. Manager is just diploma passout with very nagative ego and wants to control everything (even your coffee time) very selfish and can't able to handle more educated people. culture is very very very bad. Company culture is very bad. They try to control everything. In interview they selected as a engineer after joining they will ask you to do marketing and sales work. Manager is very rude
