Maximum Politics Blame game on employees Managers will not get details from clients and blames employees Reportee dont have skills but gives advice on technology No job security No Road map on career says you are fired as you are not connected with other peer which is disgusting. if you asks for project, gives advice to learn other skills which are irrelevant to your profile
