Learn today to Rule Tomorrow - That's the attitude across the technology levels. A lot of emphasis on skilling and platforms are built within the system to support learning. Wide range of projects. Stability and job security - place bootstrapped for 20 years and has great values. Emphasis on work-life balance is great. Hybrid working model helps achieve work-life integration better.

Workload variability. Some projects have great pace, learning and sense of excitement. Some have moments of lull. I would personally like an even paced work. Other than this, I can't think of an issue.

Job security is very less and also project's are less so it would be difficult to grow with out practical knowledge experience lacking and work culture is less when compared to other companies and also pay range is not up to market and there are some improvements in extra curricular and coordination of events as well.
