A suggestive comment was made to me during the interview process by CEO who took the final round. At the time of the interview I couldn't process what was said, but soon it dawned upon me what had just happened. I tried to forget about it but I cannot pretend anymore.

Worst company hiring peaple on the name of software devolopment and firing them after 2 months. Very bad experiance....horrible atmosphere there. Here manegment takes all decision rather than company owner.

Was interviewed by a bloke (Indy Sarkar, I guess) who was in over his head. He kept interrupting me throughout the interview and came across as a Fred Flintstone. Apparently did his Masters from Oxford but couldn't put together a sentence in English properly or come up with a sensible question. Had some kind of a fetish for the product roadmap and kept going on about how his company was the best thing since sliced bread, while the company reviews state otherwise. I donot recommend Analec for those who seek for a professional and good environment. They doesn't allow you to grow. The management is worst. No job security. They do not value the hard workers. Who ever is accepting all the non sense they say, they can be in safer side. If you are a loyal employee, you cannot survive here. Indy Sarker, CEO of the company always takes non sense decisions which doesn't have any logic for the improvement of company nor employee's growth. Rahul Mittal, the VP of finance team is like the personal PA of the company. I have not seen such a bad individual. If they doesn't like you, then they will remove you from the company.. Nothing to like. It is complete dislike, I can say. They ask new employees to come office inspite of having covid positive employees at office. No humanity. You will not be appreciated. And in case if you are appreciated or got promotion, then you have to be careful because they will try to blame you that you are not working well and will put you in non-performance list.
