The policies are not the same for everyone. There are oftend elays in salary and PF creditting. There is a lot if micromanagement and work culture is toxic. Its a proper lala company! Int he name of policy they enforce their will. After working for almost a year, I have lost my confidence, extrememly burnt out and going under depression.

There no Facilities in this company. Some basic facilities also very bad Eg (Restroom,and cafeteria) CTC break up also below categories Rotational shift but night shift 11hours work. If any employee Relive the job. He didn't give the Reliveng letter and not mention the date of exit in the EPF portal.
