It is a good place to start your career. I learnt everything in Amphisoft. Amphisoft is a place where you will be considered as a important person, high responsible, always noticable by management, give value to your thoughts. When comes to salary, package, and other complements like variable pay, incentives, hike, you will always get disappointed. This condition is due to the effect of covid on Amphisoft. There will be always a last minute requirement, when you are gettting ready to home. No fixed work timing. Always work will be like, consuming your 90% of active hours in a day.

I feel more comfortable working in Amphisoft, but I expect a financial growth too.
