We can Learn new things/technologies but mostly depends on the manager and their needs.

1. Amphisoft 2. Poor Management 3. No Career Growth 4. Heavy workloads are common here 5. Salary delays, more than 3 months 6. If you join as an intern they require you work even without any stipend. After the internship period, they attempt to extend internship period/ contract period (for less salary)

It is a good place to start your career. I learnt everything in Amphisoft. Amphisoft is a place where you will be considered as a important person, high responsible, always noticable by management, give value to your thoughts. It may be hard to have a balance between work and personal life. If you struggle here, you will comparatively feel comfortable in other corporates. Dislikes

When comes to salary, package, and other complements like variable pay, incentives, hike, you will always get disappointed. This condition is due to the effect of covid on Amphisoft. There will be always a last minute requirement, when you are gettting ready to home. No fixed work timing. Always work will be like, consuming your 90% of active hours in a day.

Poor workplace, No job security, No work-life balance, Their boss is so terrible(Won't encourage anyone, only blaming people) and always says he was always more efficient and his employees are so inefficient(but it's vice versa). No increment, even the company didn't pay salary for many of their ex-employees for their last 3 months in the company, they also paid only 75 % for salary for their employees for more than 15 months and didn't pay them their pending 25% salary till now. They treat their employees like machine which work, they will pay less and also want you to work for more than 16 hours per day. Even they want you to work in Sunday(Saturday is officially already a working day). Work time is 9 to 7, they want their employees to start working at 9 AM sharp and want to work till 10 PM night, sometimes it will go till next morning 2AM or 4AM, But the boss won't care and want to start the next day by 9AM sharp. There is nothing likable in this office. Your productivity is never valued here. The policies are always changed every once in a while to suit the management in order to devalue every employee who works here.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal, no work-life balance, they criticize for any works that are done by the employees, and no appreciation is given for any of them. The management takes all the credits and never even acknowledges the output.
