This is a small and interesting place. I spend almost 2 years with Ampersand design. Being a startup I saw a lots of ups & downs which strength me up for my future challenge. The people here are so cool, Specially the HR , She put her 200% efforts to make place interesting and lively for work. I had a great time there,

Dislikes

The Ups and downs which I mentioned above, I did not like the time around downs. Ampersand design is a survivor and been down twice infront of me. But always learned to survive whatever the situation is. You get to learn a lot in this place with average compensation.

Work Details

I joined as a Team Lead to the web development team and after a year promoted to Deliver head. So this way I explored different sides of me both technical and managerial. So I would say surely it was great working in Ampersand design.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
