Only Youngsters work here. Means company is quite not good for those who have been aged 30+. Targets are quite high then usual. Stack rankings in few process. Which is not good for average performers.

American express as a brand is very good and bou doubt about that. It gives you salary, free cabs and also meals nowadays.

It totally depends on the process you moved to. I was working in Accertify, no work life balance, no job security, no fixed shift and week offs keep changing everything month. You will feel like you are in call centre.

High level are disgusting and selfish, No work life balance, leave is good but managers will allow leaves as they are doing you a favour. Amex is really good company but don't go to fraud team.

Its the best place to be at. Truely, amazing work culture, fabulous people to work with. Has been the best working experience in my life so far
