I would be suggesting to provide a full time transport facility to employees concerning Bangalore commute issues

1. Manager of my team is always annoyed and never talks to subordinates. Often dr**** al***** and comes to office. 2. Team lead does not know anything about the product after working for nearly 10 years in the organisation. I don’t know why she is still there in the organisation. She pretends that she is very smart and knows everything. Always tries to avoid client calls. 3. HR is very unresponsive and the entire organisation will make you feel like you are in school and they are teachers and principals trying to discipline you. 4. Strict work from office and as their leave policy is pathetic you are left with no option even if you are not well. 5. Mental health will be impacted if you work here. 6. In the team I was in, people will ask you to give party and then suddenly one day they will tell you that you are not needed any more. 7. Working as an employee of ICSOFT from past 3months. Overall it has been a great experience working with colleagues. Colleagues and seniors are helpful and polite with you. Everything is at a positive side in this company. I am happy working here and enjoying my work.

Nothing is there to like until you wanna suck your supreme manager's d***. And there are people doing I can name them if someone ask.

Supreme management V***** and P***, HR a****** they are too much into personal life of people . They even can shout at them for this . Even if the person is working and giving output more.than other things still he'll make sure to torture them. Delivery he has to give. There are people doing them. Ipsoft is a good payer in the market. The yearly hikes are decent as compared to the peers.

Dislikes

The Management chain is very poor. HR has no policies in place so Yes terrible managers can impact your carrer. The work and all is fine but to run an Organisation you need framework which lacks and due to this employees motivation would be zero.
