1. Manager of my team is always annoyed and never talks to subordinates. Often dr**** al***** and comes to office. 2. Team lead does not know anything about the product after working for nearly 10 years in the organisation. I don’t know why she is still there in the organisation. She pretends that she is very smart and knows everything. Always tries to avoid client calls. 3. HR is very unresponsive and the entire organisation will make you feel like you are in school and they are teachers and principals trying to discipline you. 4. Strict work from office and as their leave policy is pathetic you are left with no option even if you are not well. 5. Mental health will be impacted if you work here. 6. In the team I was in, people will ask you to give party and then suddenly one day they will tell you that you are not needed any more. 7. Overall it's a good company to work.

I didn't have complain while working there but when I left , team was super slow in settling f&f. It's already 66 days and I am still waiting for it. Can't say if it's just my experience or it's generally like this.

Pathetic work environment, the company is still using windows 7 workstations with 4GB of RAM so the PCs suck, you can't even just use teams on it. No food or pantry service provided from company end even though they said they would when I joined. HRs never respond to queries, even if you keep on following up constantly. Working as an employee of ICSOFT from past 3months. Overall it has been a great experience working with colleagues. Colleagues and seniors are helpful and polite with you. Everything is at a positive side in this company. I am happy working here and enjoying my work.
