Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Teammates are kind and just like brothers, and Job security are quite good with good transportation provided by the company assignment. While working with AMEC-MAPEL i learn a lot of experiences in construction projects in supervision and inspection aspects. Salaries are quite reasonable with good food and accommodations at project sites assignments. Working environment are quite excellent whereby you may able to expound your experience, knowledge which i earn from my previous jobs. My innovations are to work more years with AMEC-MAPEL which i can share my knowledge and Experiences and at the same time gaining more knowledge and experiences in Supervising and Inspecting different projects in Oil and Gas Projects where my life i am adjusted to work Desert sites....Read More

Working with AMEC-MAPEL in Libya is quite interesting and challenging whereby you will supervised special projects and Inspecting. Supervision of a certain project in the since i have to be in the presence during the location survey of the Project.
