Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.
Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.

Even no work culture. Everyone think amdocs mean work life balance . I don't think there is work for Everyone and whoever is working he is working 24*7 and some who don't have work they are enjoying 24*7 . I heared that amdocs is good company. So had oppurtinity to give an interview. It was very smooth process during all interview rounds. Even I cleared the interview.
The major and important thing about Amdocs is after clearing interview they started with my documentations but I haven't received an offer letter yet and very surprised its been an around 3 months now I haven't received any update and even no offer letter.
